What Makes Me Proud
I was the first woman in New Jersey to be awarded a national certificate as a PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) and the first woman in the state to establish and operate a prosperous property management business for more than 3 decades. Having had direct responsibility for my company's marketing/sales, and guiding numerous people into professional careers. I bring a specialized perspective to our coaching, mentoring and training programs.
With Master's Degrees in Cinema and Education & 10 Years of teaching experience, I bring platform skills of a professional trainer.
Training
As an educator and business trainer, I have developed training programs for more than 200 professional staff members and have helped develop career paths for team members. In addition, I have been on the national faculty of CAI & authored curriculum.
