What Sets Our Founder Apart
As the first woman in New Jersey to be awarded a national certification as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from CAI, the Community Association Institute and was the first woman in the state to establish and operate a prosperous property management business. Serving more than 20,000 doors, our expertise and direct experience spans 30 years.
Our consultation guided many professionals into professional careers. We have a unique view point on the 21st century business world, by assisting attorneys and other business owners in the capacity of consultation and expert witness testimony.
